AMCO | CPM today announced that Green-ty Advisory, a Paris-based corporate treasury consultancy, has joined the group.
Green-ty's consultants come from corporate treasury, investment banking and industry rather than from consulting alone, and work alongside treasurers on day-to-day operations and transformation projects. The firm covers the full treasury value chain: interim support across front, middle and cash/back office; organization, safety and efficiency of the treasury function; and treasury systems projects and administration. Its partners are active in the French treasury community, including at the AFTE.
The addition extends AMCO | CPM’s offering for the Office of the CFO beyond planning, close, consolidation, tax, ESG and reporting into corporate treasury, an area the group has historically referred to specialist partners. Green-ty will continue to operate with its existing team and way of working, while extending its treasury expertise across AMCO | CPM's footprint in Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Édouard Nguyen (ESCP business school) and Denis Pantel (ENISE, Centrale Paris, HEC business school), who founded Green-ty in 2020, continue to lead the practice. Both came to consulting from the market side – Édouard from financing in investment banking and then corporate treasury, Denis from fifteen years in investment banking on market risks management for corporates.
