Successful candidates will possess an entrepreneurial drive, relevant skills, and experience in accounting & controlling, along with a strong passion for digitizing group finance & controlling – both conceptually and in implementation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing CCH Tagetik solutions.
Your key responsibilities
•Providing guidance to clients on optimizing and digitizing processes in Group Accounting & Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting (e.g., Disclosure, Management Reporting, ESG, BEPS, etc.)
•Analyzing customers’ business processes and requirements, translating business needs into software specifications
•Designing, implementing, and supporting professional CPM software solutions with a focus on CCH Tagetik
•Collaborating with your team to support the acquisition of new projects and assist in creating sales presentations
•Contributing to the ongoing growth of our consulting team and expanding Satriun’s service offerings
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting firm, preferably a well-recognized corporation (e.g., Big 4), serving in group reporting and controlling functions, performance management solutions, and CFO processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in group reporting, FP&A, or regulatory reporting processes (e.g., ESG, BEPS GMT II, etc.) and related software solutions, as well as a track record of successful projects
• Expert knowledge and a relevant track record in designing, implementing, and supporting CCH Tagetik systems is a prerequisite
• Passion for the digitization of finance processes and systems. Above all, you bring enthusiasm and motivation for the “hands-on” configuration and roll-out of leading CPM software solutions.
• Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented from concept and design through to implementation of CPM solutions. Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to go the extra mile, travel, demonstrate flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to build relevant internal and external networks in a fast-paced and international environment, investing in sustainable relationships.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a prerequisite.
